In order to experience all aspects of membership, a Sinfonian must identify with and feel a connection to the Fraternity throughout his lifetime. The Alumni Engagement Committee is working to improve resources for Alumni Relations Officers and Province Alumni Coordinators, and to increase the quantity and quality of alumni associations. The Committee is also creating a new resource designed to help each chapter to hold an annual alumni event, including a dinner, musical activity, and a new ceremony to show appreciation for alumni members who have reached the milestones of ten, twenty-five, and fifty years since their initiation.
