The Chapter Operations Committee helps to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of routine chapter operations in chapters. The Committee is creating resources for chapters that address common areas of confusion and disagreement, including the frequently asked questions that arise in routine chapter operations. The Committee provides chapters with guidance on conveying knowledge from outgoing to incoming officers, selecting qualified candidates for chapter offices, time management and goal-setting. This Committee is also creating resources to assist chapters with fundraising.
