The Music Outreach Committee is working to provide new and expanded resources to chapters and alumni associations for the enhancement of musical programs and activities, and to foster an increased prevalence of music in all Fraternity activities. The Committee is creating an educational music program for chapters to present in elementary schools, resources to assist chapters in planning and executing “musical petting zoos” in schools and communities, a comprehensive resource to assist chapters and alumni associations in planning and executing concerto-aria scholarship competitions for young artists, and resources that will assist and encourage chapters and alumni associations in presenting free concerts in the community with music programmed for all age levels.
