John Alan Mongiovi, Upsilon Psi
John Mongiovi is a graduate of Rollins College (1993 – Biology) and the University of South Florida (1996 – M.M. music theory). Initiated in 1994, he has served as chapter president (1994-1996), Collegiate Province Representative (1996-1997), CPRs’ Council Chairman (1997-2000), Committeeman-At-Large (2000-2006), National Historian (2000-2006), and National Vice-President (2006-2009). Brother Mongiovi is a Trustee of the Sinfonia Educational Foundation and a member of its Executive Committee. He is a nationally certified and state licensed hypnotist, and is owner of Mind-Body Dynamics, LLC.

Mark R. Lichtenberg, Delta Nu
Mark Lichtenberg is a 1998 graduate of Bradley University, with degrees in applied music and music education. He currently teaches middle school instrumental music in Evansville, IN. Mark has served Province 5 as both Collegiate Province Representative (1996-1998) and Province Governor (1998-present). He has served the Fraternity as a frequent guest speaker and by actively working to improve the Fraternity’s written resources.

Joe Ritchie, Zeta Tau
Joe Ritchie graduated from Indiana University of PA (IUP) with degrees in Music Performance (B.A. 1990) and Student Affairs in Higher Education (M.A. 1992). Having been a Sinfonian since 1987, he has served as a Faculty Advisor both at IUP and the University of Central Florida. From 2002 to 2012 he also served as Governor for Province 13, overseeing the installation of three colonies and two alumni associations. At UCF he was the Director of the First Year Experience but now resides in Norfolk, VA, working at Old Dominion University as the Director for First Year Academic Enhancement. In his spare time he enjoys playing piano and organ and doing freelance accompanying.

K. Dean Shatley II, Rho Tau
Dean Shatley has earned degrees from Appalachian State University (B.M. 1997) and the University of North Carolina School of Law (J.D. 2003). Currently, Dean’s law practice focuses on the representation of schools and colleges; in June 2009, he opened the firm of Campbell Shatley, PLLC. Prior to law school, Dean taught high school band and special education. He has served as CPR of Province 20, chair of the Enriched Collegiate Experience Committee, chair of the Risk Management Committee and Governor of Province 20.

Erick J. Reid, Rho Mu
Erick Reid is a 2008 initiate of the Rho Mu chapter at Norfolk State University. Erick served his chapter as its first president (2008-2010), Fraternity Education Officer (2010-2011), and is currently serving as its Alumni Relations Officer. Erick has also served his province as Collegiate Province Representative (2010-2012). Erick graduated from Norfolk State University in May 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and is currently working as a licensed insurance agent. Erick enjoys spending time with his family and surfing the net in his free time.

John M. Israel, Pi Zeta
John Israel is a graduate of Lindenwood University (2004- B.A. Music Education/Trombone Performance, 2008- M.A. Education Administration) and is currently working on his Specialist in Education degree at the same institution. Initiated in 2001, he is a founding father of the Pi Zeta chapter and has served as chapter president (2000-2003). He has also served as CPR of Province 19 (2003-2004), Governor of Province 19 (2005-Present) and Secretary of the PG’s Council (2008-2009). John currently teaches elementary vocal music in St. Louis, MO.

Ian M. Shoulders, Kappa Zeta
Ian Shoulders was initiated into the Kappa Zeta chapter at West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2007 and served the chapter as Historian, Vice-President, Master-of-Ceremonies and Fraternity Education Officer. He also served two terms as the CPR of Province 39 from 2010-2012. In addition to his duties as CPR Chair, he is currently serving as a trustee to the Sinfonia Educational Foundation. Brother Shoulders received his B.A. in Elementary Education and Middle School Social Studies in 2011 and is currently finishing his Master’s Degree in Reading Education, both from WV Wesleyan. Ian is currently working as a graduate assistant in the Office of Admission at WV Wesleyan and is substitute teaching in the Upshur County School system.
