Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is a not-for-profit corporation and employs a professional staff to oversee the operations of chapters and the administration of Lyrecrest. In addition to performing the extensive clerical and bookkeeping tasks of the office, the staff works closely with attorneys, accountants, bankers and others whose services are necessary to the operation of a national organization with hundreds of chapters and thousands of members.

Serves as chief operating officer for the organization, including both Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity and the Sinfonia Educational Foundation, and manages the National Headquarters staff and oversees their responsibilities.

Administers all programs and services provided to the collegiate members, chapters, and colonies of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, works with key volunteers in support of Fraternity programs, and supports the Executive Director in the administration of day-to-day operations of the National Headquarters.

Administers focused programs, services and communication for alumni members, as well as provide support to alumni association and interest groups.

Responsible for the coordination of all chapter and province retreats and other weekend Fraternity gatherings at Lyrecrest, maintainance of the Fraternity’s colony program, and performance of membership records duties. He is the primary initial contact at the National Headquarters for collegiate members.
