LAMBERT HIRED AS RETREAT COORDINATOR AND PROGRAMS ASSOCIATE

Will Lambert, Iota Alpha (Alma) '05, has been hired as Retreat Coordinator and Programs Associate for the 2008-2009 academic year. Brother Lambert will begin work at the National Headquarters on August 1, 2008.

Lambert was born and raised in Petoskey, Michigan, and graduated from Alma College in April 2008 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. After his initiation into Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia in Fall 2005, he went on to serve as Vice President and then President of the Iota Alpha Chapter at Alma. Of his collegiate experience at Iota Alpha, Will remarks, "I became familiar with the rewards of brotherhood, music, and doing the best you can at whatever you do."

Ryan Ripperton, executive director, comments, "Will is going to be a great member of our Lyrecrest team. He brings a wealth of experience in chapter leadership to the position, and coupled with his enthusiasm and professionalism, he will undoubtedly take the Lyrecrest Retreat program to new heights."

The Retreat Coordinator and Programs Associate position is a one-year position on the National Staff. The limitation of tenure in the position is intended to provide consistently fresh perspective and experience to this vital and influential program. Jared Madison, Omicron Psi (Eastern Kentucky) '03, has served in the position since December 2007. At the conclusion of his term, Jared plans to relocate outside of Evansville and attend law school.
