The National Headquarters was recently informed that incorrect information was included on invitations for the 2007 Alumni Road Trip-Part II. In many cases, event locations/venues were listed incorrectly for the city being visited. To give an example, Sinfonians living in Atlanta were being told that their road trip stop was in Chattanooga.

After speaking with Datamail, Inc., the company responsible for producing and mailing the invitations, it was determined that the error was on their end. Over 1,700 invitations were mailed with incorrect information. As a result, the company will be sending out a revised invitation with an apology letter included. This letter will be in the mail in the next couple of days.

If you would like to RSVP your attendance at your local Alumni Road Trip event but dont have the correct information, you can do one of two things:

  • Wait for the revised invitation and use the correct information to RSVP your attendance.
  • Go to www.sinfonia.org/roadtrip to get the venue information. You will need contact Dan Krueger, director of alumni engagement, to obtain contact information for your area volunteer.
