The National Headquarters is accepting applications for the position of Retreat Coordinator and Programs Associate, with resumes sought from now through April 30, 2008.

The applicant process originally ended March 1, but due to insufficient applications the process is being opened once again.

This position is one of the most vital to the success of the National Headquarters operations. The Retreat Coordinator and Programs Associate is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Lyrecrest Chapter Retreat Program. In addition, he serves as the first-level primary contact at the National Headquarters for collegiate members.

The position is ideal for a graduating brother with an outgoing personality who is looking to gain valuable work experience and is interested in working at the National Headquarters. The experience gained through this position will be marketable in virtually every field of future professional endeavor.

Past Retreat Coordinator Sean Leno (2003-2005) describes his experience this way:

“My time at Lyrecrest provided me with a valuable new skill set and a truly one of a kind work experience. The opportunities given to me for both personal and professional growth were unparalleled in quality and value. Just as I did, you will experience the Fraternity on a level never before imagined, gaining the “insider’s” view of a large, successful organization as well as meeting and interacting with the Brothers that keep this organization moving.

Despite these things, the most memorable aspect of my time at Lyrecrest will be witnessing the ‘ah ha!’ moments I saw on Brothers faces countless times as we discussed a fraternity writing, heard Bro. Mongiovi or Lichtenberg speak about the Ritual or the intense closeness felt after a brotherhood activity.”

All interested brothers should go immediately to the Employment section of the National Headquarters website (http://www.sinfonia.org/employment.asp) to obtain important information about the position, including the full position description and application procedures.

If you or any brothers you know have questions regarding this position, please contact Jeremy Evans, assistant executive director, at (800) 473-2649, ext. 102, or via email at evans@sinfonia.org.
