Two New Alumni Associations Chartered

Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is proud to announce the chartering of two new alumni associations. The petitions of the San Antonio Area Alumni Association and the Tampa Bay Alumni Association were approved on February 2, 2010.

The Tampa Bay Alumni Association was chartered by 12 brothers and is the second alumni association in Province 13 (Southern and Central Florida), the other being the Central Florida Alumni Association. The Tampa Bay Alumni Association joins eight active collegiate chapters in Province 13, two of which are in Tampa. The alumni association is led by Steven Ulloa, Upsilon Psi, (South Florida) ’05

Fourteen brothers chartered the San Antonio Area Alumni Association, which joins six active collegiate chapters in Province 9. Alumni association president Isaac Chavez, Nu Eta (Texas-San Antonio) ’98, had the following to say:

“With Sinfonians whose initiation dates span 50 years, I’m so proud to be a part of a group of men that aim to advance music in the San Antonio area and assist the undergraduate chapters in Province 9. I can only hope the fire within our charter members will rekindle the flame of our fellow brothers in this area.”

If you would like to become involved with either of these groups, you can contact the alumni association presidents at the following addresses:
