Periodically, the Fraternity undertakes large-scale efforts to update our alumni database to include the most up-to-date information available. To do this, we have enlisted the aid of Harris Connect, a company that specializes in this type of information acquisition. The most recent time we undertook this project was in 2007.
In the coming days and weeks, Harris Connect representatives will be contacting alumni in various formats – via mail, email, or phone. This correspondence is sanctioned by the Fraternity and aimed at reducing the number of incomplete or incorrect records in our database.
When you talk to Harris Connect reps, you will also be given the opportunity to purchase a copy of the 2013 Alumni Directory. This is entirely optional but is a valuable resource for many brothers who may be interested in reconnecting personally or professionally with friends and brothers.
Per the Fraternity’s privacy policies, the information shared with Harris Connect is not shared with other parties, nor used for any purpose other than that of creating the directory and updating our internal database. A signed agreement with Harris Connect guarantees this privacy. Any questions pertaining to these efforts should be directed to the National Headquarters.
