Interim Executive Director Edward Klint today announced a series of changes to the structure of the National Staff. Elizabeth (Liz) Rader, formerly serving as Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis, has been promoted to the full-time position of Fraternity Services Associate. In this expanded role, Liz will provide enhanced membership services and will support queries and requests concerning programs and services. Liz will continue to support chapter services, including personnel reporting and initiation processing, as she has in the past.
Former Retreat Coordinator Sean N. Leno, Phi Omega (University of Dayton) 2000, has been contracted to help establish the new department of Fraternity Services, and will serve as Fraternity Services Administrator, beginning December 1, 2013. In this role, Sean will review current member services offerings and prepare recommendations for changes and improvements. Sean will help to develop and document the roles, responsibilities, procedures and processes necessary to support the services functions. In the interim, Sean will also coordinate official travel arrangements and provide support for alumni programs and services, as well as supporting overall administrative functions. Sean served in the position of Retreat Coordinator from 2003-2005, and brings a wealth of experience in Fraternity programs, services and operations to the National Staff.
Kimberly Daily, who served over five years on the National Staff as Administrative Assistant and Administrative Coordinator, is no longer in the employ of the Fraternity. Kim played key roles on the 2009 and 2012 National Convention staff, and was the first contact for many brothers who called or corresponded with the National Headquarters during her tenure. With Kim’s departure, the Administrative Coordinator position has been discontinued, and the functions formerly assigned to that position have been reassigned to the new Fraternity Services department.
