Eligibility Requirements

• Must be an initiated member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Fraternity at the time of application.
• Must be a member in good standing.
• Must remain a member in good standing during the 2021-2022 academic year.
• Must maintain full-time undergraduate or graduate degree enrollment as defined by the policies of the institution.

• Uploading completed Academic Achievement Form
• Uploading a professional headshot (High-Quality Photos)
• Uploading an essay on the topic included in the Scholarship Packet
