Lyrecrest Work Weekend 2015
May 22 – May 24
Have you ever had the desire to visit our National Headquarters but lacked the time during the school year to do so? Have you wanted to give back to the Fraternity at a national level but haven’t had the right opportunity present itself? Do you enjoy actually getting things tangibly accomplished as opposed to just talking about plans?
What It Is
If you answered “yes” to at least one of these questions, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia is proud to announce the 2015 iteration of its annual Work Weekend. Beginning May 22nd and concluding on the 24th, Work Weekend will be held at Sinfonia’s National Headquarters located in Evansville, Indiana. During the weekend, you will not only be able to experience the rich history of the Fraternity by exploring the National Headquarters, archives, and Sinfonia museum, you will be able to make a real difference in the most basic foundations of Sinfonia – working to better our beloved Lyrecrest to ensure that future generations of Sinfonians will be able to “come home” to a place they can be proud of and enjoy for years to come. This year’s to-do list has an abundance of projects on it, and we are specifically looking for brothers who have experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas:
Work for Sinfonia and Sinfonia will Live In You
Of all of the valuable experience and results, the best part of this weekend is the opportunity to bond with brothers from all over the country. Grab a few of your Brothers and make memories of a lifetime. All meals and lodging will be provided by the Fraternity for any brother that wishes to attend, though spaces are limited so apply today! In addition to a free trip to Lyrecrest, all participating Brothers will receive a significant discount for use in the Sinfonia Store – not to mention that you don’t want to miss the traditional outing to the movies on Friday night! There’s never been a better time to visit our beloved Lyrecrest!
